- 250ml of apple juice
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 kiwi fruits
- 1 tsp of VIBE
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1 frozen head of broccoli
- Half an avocado
- 1 tsp of wheat grass powder (optional kicker for added nutrients)
- Place apple juice, banana, kiwi fruit, VIBE, honey, broccoli and avocado into a blender
- If you have wheat grass powder add a teaspoon to the blender then mix until well combined
