The Revive Smoothie Bowl is a great source of antioxidants and is designed with your stressful life in mind.
Take it from us, this smoothie bowl is incredibly easy to make and is a great way to enjoy VIBE.
In addition to VIBE's benefits (see here for details), the majority of the ingredients in this smoothie are considered to be a great source of antioxidants - helping our body protect against cell damage that environmental stresses can cause.

Feel free to swap out or add ingredients based on what you have to hand, though we recommend using frozen ingredients where possible for the smoothie mix, so you get the right consistency - it should be thick and smooth.
- 1 cup of mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- A handful of spinach
- 1 tsp VIBE
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 scoop protein powder
- A handful of your favourite granola / oats / muesli
- Flaked almonds
- Fresh or frozen raspberries
- Place mixed berries, banana, spinach, VIBE, ice cubes, honey, juice, and protein powder in a blender and blend until well combined
- Pour into a bowl
- Top with granola, raspberries, flaked almonds
- Take a moment to admire your work of art!
